Character Projects is an outgrowth of years spent restoring homes and working as a realtor in the historic communities of Northeast Los Angeles and elsewhere. It is driven by a love of historic architecture and character details, and the way that an ornate doorknob or light fixture can inspire us to think about the intersection of design, history, and community.

With extensive experience in real estate, period home renovation and lighting restoration, Character Projects is a unique service provider for those who love distinctive homes and design. Our expertise covers full-service realty for Sellers and Buyers, interior design, full-scale period renovation and project management, and now production of exceptional reproduction lighting as well as sourcing and restoration of antique lighting and hardware.
